I can see that the Name Correction has already processed, though I have now reversed it back to the original name listing.
Concerning your question about the name page, I reviewed the data and there doesn't appear to be anything immediately suspicious listed on the page. If you are aware of an error, please submit the applicable correction/deletion through our online Update form and our editors can take a look.
