Is JG really Jeff Gum?
Did you tell the IMDb when you made the submission to be added to the credits?

You only submitted earlier today, on 11th April (the "180411" in your submission number). You probably need to give more time for the submission to be checked, approved & the database updated.

Hi JG -

The screen grabs you posted for the film don't match the press-kit we have for this title, can you clarify what version of the film the screen grabs are from (ie. DVD, re-released version, etc.)?

Hi Michelle! The press kit had a ton of mistakes in it, done by someone that shouldn’t have been doing it. We have background extras credited above lead cast with the current set up. This (what I posted) is what is on the actual film that was in theatres, DVD and all VOD such as Amazon, iTunes and Netflix.. The submission I posted is 100% accurate of what the credit order should be. These pictures of the title cards are the 4 main lead actors. Thanks for your help.

Hi JG,

I've taken a look at the title on Netflix and I can see that the cast list we have is accurate according to our policies. Our policy is to reflect the order as it displays in the most complete cast list which displays at the end of the film in the end credits roll. As such we will not be making these amendments. We have edited the Stars: section to specify the top 4 actors in the order you have posted above.

Thank you for understanding.

Regards,
Will

Will, is there anyway I can talk to you about this over the phone? This mistake has a lot of people upset.
One employees mistake should not have this big of a repercussion.
Would it be possible to remove the orders all together so it goes by star meter?
There has to be some sort of fix to this.

HI JG,

This is not a mistake, this is IMDb policy.
