Bad Formatting help...?

Hi I made a correction under #211115-111820-464000 to correct an incorrectly attributed credit, however the correction cam back as not meeting the formatting standards.

However having a look at the standards, it appears that the correction should have been fine and did meet the standards.

Could someone help correct this please?
