All of my submissions, productions of last 3 years have been deleted without notice/reason.

All of my submissions, productions of last 3 years have been deleted without notice/reason. About 5 titles, full crews, 2 of them shown at Cannes Festival, others in production in France, the US and Spain hundreds of professional crew. What happened?

Please resubmit titles or any missing eligible data via the site, and include all relevant links, evidence, comments etc. in your submission so our editors can evaluate it in context and keep all the information together. Keep in mind that the best evidence is proof of release/screening/public exhibition, so sources verifying that a film has been released or shown at the festival is preferable to trailers and other promotional materials.

Henry, thank you for your answer but all of this is beyond madness. I know this is not your fault personally, and I can understand that I did not reply to messages asking me to update titles that were in production or in development, although this is very annoying I will resubmit them if I have to. But there was absolutely no excuse to erase productions that had already come out and had been verified by IMDB staff, productions that have been there for more that 2 years now. Now we have to re-enter all crew information and links, etc when we had done all this back then. Isn't there anyone at IMDB in charge that can take responsibility for this mistake that was made and at least bring back the titles and credits of material that is already out?

This is a picture of the listing in Cannes 2013 Short film Corner for THE SUNSHINE SHOP. Why delete this?

This is not an official reply, but I'm not sure participation in the Short Film Corner is enough since it is (mostly) a film market and not a selective festival.

FWIW, in an April 2014 reply, Michelle told someone:
"If your film is screening at the Cannes Short Film Corner,
you can submit this data under 'Release dates'...."

That it can be added as a release date is not quite the same thing as making the film eligible to be listed.

I don't know what types of evidence IMDb may require for proof of screening.

FWIW, in case it's of any use, here (via Google) is a cached copy
of a Cannes Court Métrage catalog page for Sunshine Shop.
(The page is apparently not available on the CCM site anymore,
but this copy was recorded by Google on September 24 2015.)
