adr scriptwriter credit - which department?

Came across this credit placed in the miscellaneous section and I wondered where it really belongs. Apparently the job entails writing script so that in adr the voice actor can match his dialog with the actual lip movements of the actor or animated figure, sometimes in another language. So...does this belong in the writers, sound, or script section? Or maybe some other. Most are now in the miscellaneous section but that doesn't necessarily make it right. Thanks.

Thanks for flagging this.

This credits belongs in the script and continuity department as it is related to the process of translating a script from paper to screen.
