Actor Credit listed as uncredited - Ref #131125-221548-487000

I just had a credit verified and added to my client's profile - thank you very much.

Only problem is that it's listed as uncredited when he's been verified as a credited role via his contract, given that he has lines. Once again, thank you very much for the quick responses and awesome cooperation.

Hi.

Would you happen to have a screen capture of the on screen credits, showing his name?  Having lines is not the issue.  Credited will only happen if the name appears in the on screen credits (by the definition of "credited").  If you have it, you can upload of pic of the on screen credit into this thread.

Also, your question seems to have posted twice.  Could you delete the other one before someone wastes time treating it as a new, unanswered question?

Just checking to see if the below screen grab of the contract stating that he'll receive credit works.  I'm not sure any other way to prove since the film is still in production and obviously won't have a credit rolling until then.  And he was signed on as a dayplayer - I may be wrong but I'm not too familiar with dayplayer roles in films being uncredited.  Thanks again for your help

This may be the best screen grab I have - it's the end details of his contract stating that he'll receive credit in the end titles. I hope this works - thanks.

Unfortunately, promised credits don't always make it to the screen, usually due to an error, but occasionally deliberately, so IMDb doesn't go by contracts.

However, since the project is still in Production and this shot indicates that the there should be a credit in the finished film, it is likely enough to get the change made.

Thank you very much for your response - that really helps me to understand the process. Once again, thank you - it's much appreciated.
